Most over priced provider I believe I have ever used. They replaced the fill valve unit in my toilet. Part at Home Depot is $30 -- maybe. Technical was at my office less than 30 minutes and charged $275. I have multiple office buildings and use plumbers on a regular basis. Cool Today is one of the most egregious service providers I have ever used in 40 years. I fervently do not recommend this company unless money is no object.
