I tried to leave a longer review with details as to why I’m only leaving two stars but I exceeded the character limit. In short, our estimator left the company without leaving a secondary contact, he also said certain items were included in our contract / CertaPro’s work prep which ended up not being included. The sales manager, ignored all phone calls and e-mails I had after receiving my project deposit. We have worked with Certa Pro 3 times in the last 3 years. Everyone, from the folks on the phone, to the color specialists, to the painters, have been nothing but professional. We often get compliments on the work they have done. Big shout out to Keith the painter for restoring my faith in humanity after a recent fiasco of a reno job (not with Certa Pro). His kindness and professionalism gave me reason to believe that most people ARE good.
These guys are great. I had booked them 6 months ago. We were doing a renovation of a century home. Nothing happens on time so I must have changed the project date 5 times. They accommodated us in an instant no questions. Once the job was completed the next day, I noticed they had missed a spot. These guys were pretty much working in the dark and it was raining. The painter that worked on our house was dedicated - giving up his Thanksgiving weekend to get the job done when the rest of his crew didn't show - but 2 months after everything was complete our house has paint cracking and peeling off the ceiling, and a ceiling that was missed initially still hasn't been painted. They did a great job of the full exterior of the house. The crew was fast and efficient and kept us informed of their progress. This was done on an aluminum sided house and I highly recommend them.
