I highly recommend CertaPro Painters!! I chose them for my “moving into a new home” paint job because I liked the very professional tone to all their correspondence and contact with me. I had only viewed the house a few times and didn’t have the opportunity to show it to them in person, so I wasn’t absolutely sure about all the measurements. CertaPro did an amazing job. They painted my office and my condo’s ceilings in one day. Their site manager Sam kept everything going and their project manager came in half way through the job to check on things. Sam also called the next day to be sure that everything was good. Before I was invoiced, they checked to be sure that everything was as I expected. I have to say that their customer service is amazing and their work was clean and efficient. Very professional.

My parents had CertaPro come paint their house and they were very happy with the work. Trish answered all their questions and was very friendly when explaining the process during the initial consultation. Jennifer came to do the colour consultation. She was very detail-oriented and really spent the time to listen and find the best colours. They had Sam as their painter and he was fabulous! Very professional, friendly, and efficient. We had (some of) the exterior of our house painted, and overall the quality of the work is excellent. Trish was very helpful in our initial meeting and walk around, and the estimate was provided promptly, with competitive and fair pricing. There were some issues getting the work done in a timely manner that were not really CertaPro's fault, but rather a series of unfortunate circumstances. I tried to leave a longer review with details as to why I’m only leaving two stars but I exceeded the character limit. In short, our estimator left the company without leaving a secondary contact, he also said certain items were included in our contract / CertaPro’s work prep which ended up not being included. The sales manager, ignored all phone calls and e-mails I had after receiving my project deposit.
