I tried to leave a longer review with details as to why I’m only leaving two stars but I exceeded the character limit. In short, our estimator left the company without leaving a secondary contact, he also said certain items were included in our contract / CertaPro’s work prep which ended up not being included. The sales manager, ignored all phone calls and e-mails I had after receiving my project deposit. I called about some painting in the house including a 2 storey wall and our stair rails. Trish booked a time to come over and review the job and provide a quote within 24 hours. Trish was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Devin and Lloyd were assigned to the job and they were great.
