We hired CertaPro Syracuse to paint the vinyl exterior of our home. The sales rep, Tim, was punctual and great about keeping me informed about the schedule. He worked with me closely while I chose a color scheme, which I changed twice before they started on the job. At no point did he make me feel like I was inconveniencing him even though I'm sure I was by changing things so much. When painting time came, every single person who worked on the house was kind, respectful, and professional. I've never seen a group of guys who seemed so genuinely happy to be there. It was almost like it wasn't even work for them. They did everything and didn't take payment until the job was done to complete perfection. This is a dream company to work with.
