Great response time in providing an estimate and scheduling the work to be done. Estimate was very reasonable compared to others I received Had a crew that was able to finish painting 3 rooms and a front door in one day which I appreciated not having multiple days of work going on. Overall a very positive experience, would recommend.

We used CertaPro a few years ago and had good results, so we called them again to paint several rooms and do some drywall repair. Bernie (new owner) came out and gave us an estimate. Bernie was thorough and very reasonable. Although we scheduled during a busy season, we had to move the date a few times and Bernie worked with us each time, never complaining. His crew was very efficient and did a great job, explaining each days progress and what to expect from them the next day, and Bernie stopped by at least once a day. Paint... read more

Last year I had them paint a couple rooms in my house. The paint job itself was pretty good. However, I was under the impression that the level of prep work the walls needed would be done by them. When I asked my sales rep about this the day of he said that I needed to pay extra for that, which I was not aware of. Wish I had been told this ahead of time as I would have either made arrangements for the extra expense or done the prep work myself. So I am left with an Ok paint job over poorly prepped walls.
