Extremely responsive, punctual and thorough. Ann Marie was on time even though she was feeling under the weather and spent as much time as needed to explain the process and answer any questions. We used the Color Consultant, Amy Boesen, who proved to be of great help in our decision making of color combinations. Once we made our final decision CertaPro was finished about a week later.
