I was unsure when I decided to have some rails painted. I looked around and then saw the ad and I called CertaPro. BEST decision I ever made when it comes to home improvement. The owner (Mark) was professional and informative. The staff and the painters were detailed, clean and the whole job was very cost effective. Highly recommended.
Mark is a great saleman. I hired Certa pro to paint the interior of my home. All that I know is I had people who did not speak ANY English painting my home, they were done in about a day, I was initially very pleased with the results and work, besides one of them smoking in my living room and the mess left in the bathroom. The problem arose about a year later when all of the paint flaked off of the walls in every room of the house and on the trim. Will not honor warranty as a portion of our house is peeling. Will not return phone calls or emails.
Yes it is still not stained because we sold the house and moved. A suggestion might be, that you actually take some pride in your work and be more responsible in terms of how you set up.

I thank Michael for his candid feedback. To this day, his house is still not stained! That should tell you something .... what happened to the other 5 contractors? I learned and am getting better at choosing Customers.
They were very expert painters but on the day that they had to paint they broke some bookshelves of mine, 5 stars for the painting, -3 starts for the the braking of bookshelves

I tried to contact Steve to discuss however he never responded to his yelp contact. I did not do this work. I have no Steve that we did work for in Cumberland. Unfortunate reviews like this happen. I am still not clear who he hired! We finished up 2015 by completing 232 jobs with Revenue approaching 7 figures. Looking forward to a great 2016.
