Paint peeled off the next day. no responses, no honoring warranty, sprayed paint all over my driveway and sides yet refused to cleanup. PLUS, delayed the work by almost 3 months! Harold Smith's Certapro team told me on July 28 that they estimated they will come in 3 weeks. In the end, they came to paint on Oct 19 (power wash on Oct 16). I asked if the weather would be too cold for painting. Their reply said it is okay and there are clients lined up even after me. I understand it is COVID time and hard to find painters. I called CertaPro Painters to complete the exterior painting on my house. Because of health issues I am unable to do the top floor "ladder work". CertaPro sent their man Dan in to complete the job for me. Dan was fast, courteous, and did a professional job and when he had completed the job we did a walk around to check everything and I was amazed he did such a great job in such a short period of time. I do not hesitate to recommend CertaPro Painters for any painting you may require. The price was very competitive too!

Terrible service! Run away! After a terrible first experience with them to get the exterior of our house painted 4 years ago (upped the price from the estimate on the first day of work as they don't communicate with each other), our 20 year warranted paint job was peeling after 4 years. They said they'd come fix it. 5 months of calling to find out when it would happen and escalating our call, they came and did a portion of the work. A month has passed and we've heard nothing, seen no one.

I contacted Certa Pro for an estimate on exterior painting. I informed Mitch I would try to get access but I could't guarantee it. When he realized he could only view from the exterior, he was extremely rude and condescending to me. He spent a total of 3 minutes at the house and then drove off without even speaking to me! There are many good painting companies out there, and sadly Certa Pro is not one of them. I will in no way EVER use this company in the future.
