Update on 2/21/25 After conversation with Chris Lecuyer and Ryan Patel, both visited the place and took note of the final defects and unpainted area. After waiting for two weeks (partially due to weather and partially due to busy schedule) CertaPro Painters of Jacksonville assigned another contractor (by name Christian and his team) to complete the unfinished work and correct all the defects left by the previous painter. All of our interactions with CertaPro were great! We quoted a number of companies and their prices were on the lower end of the range, which frankly made us a little nervous. But the initial inspection, the follow-ups, their patience with all of our questions, and their willingness to work with our schedule sealed the deal. And the work was fantastic! From the moment Brad came out to give us an estimate we were truly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. We were asking for two quotes to help us decide which way to go. Brad provided us those quotes and never pressured us to go either way. On top of us deciding to go with the more affordable option for us we were still given a military discount; Thank You! We bought our home north of Jacksonville back in 2013. At the time, we thought we would leave the trim as it was. But over the next couple of years, it became obvious we needed to paint the front door, the trim, the shutters, etc. I did some online research and came across Certa-Pro Painters of North Jacksonville. We had a wonderful experience with CertaPro and would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a quality paint job! Brad was very professional and his crew was fantastic. We had the entire interior of our home painted (walls, baseboards, crown molding, even the garage), and they were able to complete the job in a very reasonable amount of time.

The salesman Peter was alright with communication, but the painter Christian was messy and got paint all over our counters, tile and wooden baseboards, trim, brand new door knobs and wood cabinets. He didn't remove smoke detectors or anything that a normal paint company would do. He took a crap in our brand new toilet and left crap in the toilet. Other than Peter this company just plain sucks! Did I mention their was nothing inside of the house so it was an easy job for them but couldn't protect our tile floors and grout. ... read more
