I really enjoyed working with CertaPro Painters. Jennifer was amazing to work with. Very responsive to anything I needed. The quote that I received at the beginning was so impressive. The price was also very reasonable. The painters themselves were also amazing. They got the job done in 3 days when we thought it would take 4. I was able to keep my business open, and they worked around us. They also helped me move heavy things around. I will be using them again.
I was torn between a 4 & 5 star here. Customer service and painters at my house were 5/5. The owner and office manager are great. Super good communicators and lovely over all to work with. My painting crew of two was also so polite, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. As far as the job- it was done well but not perfect. I have used much more expensive painters in the past and I got a job with cleaner details. CertaPro painted my exterior trim after getting my roof replaced, and did an excellent job refurbishing the paint to really make the entire home feel fresh again. They were extremely quick and efficient, and the quality is extremely high. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend considering them for any painting projects!
Overall, we had a very positive experience with CertaPro. We had our exterior porch repainted, and our painter Dave was friendly, efficient, and very happy to do any touch ups we requested before wrapping up the job.
Jennifer, Angie, and Daniel were a joy to work with. First time using CertaPro for our interior painting. We asked them to do two rooms with 30ft ceilings, Daniel(painter) did an amazing job. Jennifer and Angie made the entire business process frictionless. Very professional company and will send future painting projects their way in the future.
