Chad and Nikki did a great job, the work was excellent, they were finished ahead of schedule, and they were a pleasure to have in our home. Will call CertaPro again!
Why does the CertaPro rating of one star for a group on the West Coast show up under CertaPro of Akron. Yelp needs to do a better job of isolating ratings to the group they belong. CertaPro of Akron did a wonderful job on our project. They had to work around other contractors delays that strung out the timing of the work but they stuck to their plan and completed the work correctly in the best time they could at no additional costs.
CertaPro of Akron is unreliable. I will never consider them again. I recommend that you don't either. They gave me a proposal/quote for my $9000 exterior painting project in mid-March 2021. I waited 6 months until mid-September for them to start the work. They never showed up. I lost nearly the entire summer 2021 painting season. Many "you're next" promises were made, but they continually failed to show up. Our project with CertaPro Painters of Akron (located in Hudson) was an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. The owner, Doug Bowser, has issues with staffing, scheduling, training, quality, and communication. These issues caused our two-week long project to take seven weeks to be completed, and the quality of work to be unsatisfactory.
