All in all, things went pretty well, and I would consider CertaPro in the future. There seemed to be some disconnects between what the sales side told me was going to happen, and what the painting side actually did. Peeling areas that I was told would be scraped were just painted over, holes where hardware had been installed were painted over instead of filled. We just had our house painted by Certa Pro of Eastside and it was the worst experience ever working with a "profesional" company. It likely goes without saying that when you spend $6,200 to have work professionally done on your home then you expect that work to be completed professionally and without much hassle/stress. CertaPro Painters of Eastside painted our house couple weeks ago. The project went really well. The whole team is amazing. It started with a detailed estimate and project review. They were able to work with our timeline and did an amazing job painting the house. Their price was very competitive. I appreciated prompt communication with Jessica. She always answered all my questions. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an interior or exterior paint job.

The paint job they performed on the exterior of my house was adequate, but I would not use them again, nor would I refer them to anyone. They can only do the smallest wood repair jobs, and with wet Seattle weather, one can expect that some wood repair would be needed while painting a house. It would have been less expensive for me if I had found a painter who could also do basic home repair. Using CertaPro Painters was not a pleasant experience for me.

We had our house painted by CertaPro Painters a couple of months ago. I can't say enough about how great it was to work with them. Jessica, Jason, and the rest of their team did everything perfect! Jason came out and gave us an estimate. He answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, explained the painting process, the time involved, and what their current schedule looked like. I was disappointed with the work done. I'd read numerous glowing reviews so hired them to paint our house exterior based on these. Some aspects of the company were good, others less so. They guy (Jason) who came over to do our quote arrived promptly and gave me a printed quote there and then, which was in the mid price range of other quotes I'd received. We couldn't be happier with the finished project. From start to finish, CertaPro was professional, responsive and communicative. The estimate we received was extremely detailed, and left no question as to whether our concerns had been heard (they had). Jessica (the owner) was very straightforward and honest when it came to answering our questions and gave us a no pressure sales pitch.
