So pleased with our purchase from California Closets for the master closet and den closet. From design with Bob V, to scheduling with Ella and final install with Doug and Trace the process was OUTSTANDING! Can't wait until we empty the garage so we can do this again for that space.
California Closets did a great job for us! We wanted something more upscale than the basic white shelving and poles. Yes, it was more expensive, but it was worth every penny. Our walk-in/walk-through closet only has about 6' by 8' wall space to work with, and they did a fantastic job maximizing our storage space, especially with the two tall sets of shelves for shoes, sweaters, etc. We have more hanging space than we used to, and tons of shelves. We just bought a home on a little acreage and love being in North Idaho. It needed a few upgrades to feel really comfortable and storage was a problem, so we decided to enlarge our primary closet and called in the experts for design and fulfilling our dream closet. The BEST experience ever! I'm so happy with the personnel level of attention given to every detail. The designer, Bob was incredible with his suggestions. The installation technician was amazing! Would use them again in a heartbeat!
I cannot say enough positive things about California Closets. The initial design consultation was so much fun and so easy! My designer Julie was a delight and she helped me figure out exactly what I needed! The entire team followed up multiple times with reminders and the day of install was so quick! The quality of our new closets is amazing and we are so happy we went with California Closets. We would absolutely use them again!
