This is my third time working with California Closets in Spokane Valley, and I would recommend them to anyone. I worked with Nancy as my designer and she took accurate measurements, listened carefully to what I was looking for, came up with great plans, and then modified them per my feedback until they were perfect. Working with our designer was easy and enjoyable. We did most of the consulting over the phone. We met in person for final measurements and design details and then they ordered the materials. Install day was a breeze. The installers were quiet, clean, and efficient. We are hiring them for several more projects.
From the estimate to multiple followups to the actual install, it was a smooth process. The professional install looks great and just what we wanted and needed! They also took great care in our home by protecting floors from any damage as they brought in materials. It was a great experience and we are thoroughly enjoying the organization the closet system provided.
They are not a custom cabinet company. Started good, but went downhill over the last year. We started with 3 closets and they did a great job with those that we decided we would have them come back and do more. Braxton the installer was fantastic. We decided to do the rest of our closets and 2 linen closets. While most of the closets are terrific, we have 1 linen closet that looks like garbage.
