The experience of working with California Closets was a 5 star from beginning to install. Denise worked very closely with me to get the design that I wanted using every inch of space. When it came to installing our closets, Max was very professional and took the time to explain in detail all about our closets. His work was top notch too! The only downside was how long we had to wait for our install. But in the end it was totally worth it!
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Denise was so helpful in designing and setting up our appointment for installation. Jake was respectful and efficient during the installation. We’re so happy with our closets and will definitely be using California Closets again!
Elizabeth listened to what I wanted and had a 3D drawing within a couple of days. Every inch of my closet is now functional. I also had Elizabeth look at my pantry and garage. The wire shelves came out of my pantry and I now have adjustable shelves. The garage now has a trac system and enclosed shelving and storage. The installation was planned out and the guys gave me notice when they were close to my house. They were professional, and efficient. This has been a great experience. Highly recommend them!

I am quite pleased with my new closet installation despite encountering a minor issue initially. However, my enthusiasm was dampened when I visited the store to inquire about other products. Unfortunately, I was met with a sales representative who seemed hesitant and uninterested, making me feel unwelcome. While I still acknowledge the quality of the service provided, I hope for more inclusive and respectful interactions for all customers, regardless of race.
