I recently worked with Pauline at California Closets, Richmond VA. She designed a bookcase in the office reach-in closet as well as our fabulous new master bedroom walk-in closet. We now have a combination of drawers, hanging spaces and plenty of needed shelving. The team that did the installation was professional, courteous and neat. I loved EVERYTHING about California Closets...Monica was absolutely GREAT!!! and the guys that installed the closets, were extremely knowledgable, friendly, and went over and beyond their duty of just installing closets!! They took the time to patch up quite a few holes that were left behind, and did it all with a smile on their face!!! Loved working with Monica in the Va. Beach location. She came out to my home twice and spent a lot of time to ensure that measurements were correct and everything would come out as expected, which it did. The work crew did a nice job in arranging the garage and building my media unit upstairs.
The cabinets look beautiful - but are also very useful. Dealing with California Closets was easy and services provided were done professionally but friendly. This has been our second project with this firm, I definitely will use them again if the need arises.
