The design consultant Hillary was awesome! The guy that installed the closet was rude, cold and not professional. My closet glass doors were not installed the day of my appointment(I was not given a warning that I will not be receiving my glass doors). When Ryan(the installer) showed up he told me that the glass doors are not on his truck and did not know anything about the reasoning for the missing doors or when they will be installed. California Closets was great to work with, Michelle in particular. The measuring was done correctly, the installation is beautiful and we appreciated the work to make sure our house was clean when finished. We are very pleased with our decision to use California Closets.

I've always envisioned my dream home would have a mudroom or dropzone and California closets was the only one that could make that vision come true! Which is why, despite them being the most expensive, we ultimately went with them- because I got exactly what I was looking for. Also lifetime warranty! Michelle the design consultant was amazing and really thorough. The install guy was a little odd and did chip some paint off our wall, but otherwise did a great job! We are in love with our new space!

I waited forever to install my closet (6 years). I am super happy with the quality, the install and the responsive services of this company. I enjoy the investment every morning when I step in it to dress!

I have had a great experience with California Closets, including design with Michelle, customer service, and the installers who were friendly and efficient. My teenager loves her upgraded bedroom so much that she doesn't want to come out to visit me... :)
