California Closets transformed my constantly chaotic garage drop zone to a beautiful mudroom where each of my children has their own nook to store their shoes, coats, and backpacks. My designer was wonderful to work with, the installers were professional, and CC even came back to adjust some shelves when they were sliding out of place too easily. I have more projects down the road and will definitely call them again!
We've worked with California Closets twice now. Their designer, Priscilla, is so knowledgeable, easy to work with, and was totally engaged with our project from start to finish. She made the whole process fun and easy. Their installation team is also wonderful. They're professional, respectful, and treat your home as if it was their own. Once you go California, it's hard to live without them! I highly recommend them!
I had a custom desk and bookcases built in my office. The final product was perfect. The design process was easy and the project was completed in one day. There were 2 follow-up items after the project completion and they were addressed quickly and easily. I highly recommend California Closets.
The people sent for the first attempt at installing our closet made no effort to protect our home. They dinged all of the walls in our closet and left saw dust on unprotected floors and just dragged their ladders over the floors leaving scratches all over the floor. We asked for some form of compensation multiple times from California Closets, but all we got is silence. Christine was a GREAT designer to work with! She really listened to my needs/wants and as a result, I now have amazing closets/built-ins & a window bench for storage. The installers did a really good job too. Customer service was also good - there was a very small chip in the mirror on one door but the replacement process was smooth and easy.
