California Closets transformed my constantly chaotic garage drop zone to a beautiful mudroom where each of my children has their own nook to store their shoes, coats, and backpacks. My designer was wonderful to work with, the installers were professional, and CC even came back to adjust some shelves when they were sliding out of place too easily. I have more projects down the road and will definitely call them again!
We've worked with California Closets twice now. Their designer, Priscilla, is so knowledgeable, easy to work with, and was totally engaged with our project from start to finish. She made the whole process fun and easy. Their installation team is also wonderful. They're professional, respectful, and treat your home as if it was their own. Once you go California, it's hard to live without them! I highly recommend them!
Our California Closet experience met our expectations. The designer and design process were outstanding. The installation team was communicative and efficient. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Our finished closets are amazing. I only have one reservation. There is a shelf that is tilting forward. We were told by the installer that there was no way to make it straight, but it was secure. This is not sitting well with us and we are going to need to find a fix.
Rebecca was my designer and sales rep. She was terrifically helpful, offering design ideas while also listening to my needs and wants. She kept my budget limitations in mind and did not use pressure up-sell tactics. She quickly responded to a small installation hiccup and resolved the matter to my full satisfaction. I am thrilled with my bookcase!
Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She worked through our ideas and created multiple designs for us. The installer was also very kind and did great work making out closet come true. Would highly recommend!
