Everything went so smoothly. The initial consultation to the final installation met or exceeded my expectations. The designer and installer were very professional. They provided me with suggestions, explained options, and explained their processes. Work was done on time and within budget.
Christine was a GREAT designer to work with! She really listened to my needs/wants and as a result, I now have amazing closets/built-ins & a window bench for storage. The installers did a really good job too. Customer service was also good - there was a very small chip in the mirror on one door but the replacement process was smooth and easy. I had a custom desk and bookcases built in my office. The final product was perfect. The design process was easy and the project was completed in one day. There were 2 follow-up items after the project completion and they were addressed quickly and easily. I highly recommend California Closets.

I have written over 30 reviews on Google Maps and all but one is very positive. This will be my second negative Google review. "Miscommunication" is the single word I would use to sum up the experience of having CC come into our house and redesign 6 spaces. Our house is new construction and the bedroom closets, linen closets & pantry all had wire shelving. We asked CC to replace these shelves.
