I contacted Trinity via text message about a cabinet they installed in December of 2025 because it was not closing properly. Within 24 hours a tech was assigned and communicated when he would show up to take care of the problem. Within 48 hours, the door was hanging properly and the issue was fixed for no charge! I highly recommend California Closets. Their designers, technicians and obviously their support team are great.
Business response:
It's wonderful to hear that our team was able to quickly address your concern and provide a prompt resolution. We appreciate your recommendation and are grateful you took the time to share your experience with us. Thank you for your review, Dale! Brian O'Keefe, General Manager, California Closets Southlake
Well, it is December and I just never got any call back after the initial consultation in which I was informed my ideas were not really feasible. I would have liked to see what was. I also felt that I did not meet some intangible/unspoken requirement. It couldn't have been affordability since there wasn't even any conversation about budget. Well, this frazzled mother will resume my search for my organizational needs.
