What an incredible experience having California Closets install new closet systems to our house. Are California Closets more expensive than other solutions? Yes. Does the service and value far exceed the cost. Absolutely! We've done a great deal of renovations to our houses and the service and communication are often less than stellar. However, the California Closets team are gold level in all categories. We had been searching for a company to build custom bookcases for our new home but hadn't found the right fit. I didn't realize California Closets offered bookcases, but in a bit of desperation, I gave them a call-and I'm so glad I did! From the initial design by Trish Lazar to the finished installation, they were fantastic. The installer was a true perfectionist, and the craftsmanship really shows. The bookcases look absolutely beautiful in our new home. We highly recommend California Closets!
The California Closets team I worked with was great! From design to installation they provided a detailed plan and precise installation. Bess at the Design stage was wonderful to put things into place and the 2 installers who came to install the product were very professional, clean, polite, and a joy to have in our home. You will be very pleased with the end result.
Excellent Experience!!! After having a bad experience with another company and living out or boxes for 3 months; working with the team at California Closets has been easy and stress free. Everyone I have been in contact with has been friendly, helpful and most importantly great communication! Our installer Ian was fabulous, friendly, helpful, VERY organized and professional. He is dedicated and proud of his work which shows.
