Millie Adler was professional and accurate with the design. Jay and Mel installed perfectly and efficiently and left the area spotless. The service, quality and value may have been worth the high cost.

Let me start by saying if the review was based solely on the Designer (Jessica), Installer (Tiago) and the look of the product, it would be 4 stars.... The process which allows you to electronically sign the contract based on your design and provide a 50% deposit, in my opinion, is flawed and therefore makes the overall experience only 3 Stars.
