No misuse. This wasn't cosmetic--it was heavy, installed at body height, and could have seriously injured or killed someone. Love my new CC room! My project consisted of an entire office/hobby room makeover. The design process was smooth and fun to create down to the last detail. The product is beautiful. Installers were fantastic and very conscientious about my home when bringing products through to an upper floor. I would love to use CC again should I decide to give my actual closets a facelift.
