We are pleased to note that the overall design process and installation were conducted with professionalism and attention to detail. Following the installation, one of our contractors identified two issues: (a) an open gap ranging from 0.5 to 0.75 inches between the wood floor and the bottom of the closet units, and (b) a small open space between the wall and the back of the units. We love our new desk and library! Mary Jo Fornshell is a talented designer who took my description of what I hoped for and turned it in to more than I could imagine. I've work with Mary Jo and California Closets in the past and am already planning our next collaboration.
Excellent workmanship on my built-in bookshelves/cabinets and much appreciated attention to detail. The final product looks great. Crews were great. I'd give 5 stars but the shelving lighting is not working properly and I'm awaiting a fix for the problem.
Janet helped create our dream master closet and nursery closet. She was truly amazing to work with offering so many ideas, so collaborative and always kept in touch with updates. When creating the design she took her time angering any and all questions we had. I would HIGHLY recommend using CC and working with Janet! The installation process was also such a breeze and the builders were extremely professional.
I was reluctant at 1st, assuming that CC was only for the fancy w deep pockets. But the service was impressive, the range of options was wide, and the whole process was really professional. The price point may have been a little higher than competitors, but i’m so glad we went w CC! My closet is now the nicest room in my house ;-). Would highly recommend them.
