I recently had my air conditioning unit tuned up and cleaned by Troy. From start to finish, he was very professional, helpful, and thorough. He gave me several options and explained what they included and what would be the price of each of them. Troy not only cleaned and inspected the components, but he also provided helpful maintenance tips to keep the AC running at its best. I recommend Blue Ox Heating & Air service to anyone looking to extend the life of their AC.
I had Brian from Blue Ox do an A/C inspection and the service was exceptional. He was prompt and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he did and what was advised. The interaction was very professional. I would recommend this service.
From the detailed on the spot estimate, to bid acceptance, then installation was five days (that included the weekend ), we were very pleased. Communication was excellent and we always were texted a picture of whoever was coming with a link to follow them. You knew exactly when they would arrive!! Good attention to detail on the installation which was in a tight space. I highly recommend giving them a look!!
I signed up for the yearly plan where i pay $18 a month. Tech was just here for an air conditioner check. He made a couple of recommendations and set me up for a plumbing check. We were very happy with Blue Ox, on our recent appointment. Brian was very knowledgable and pointed out a couple of issues with our furnace. To follow up, he sent me an e-mail with a complete condition report, including pictures. We will definitly use them again!
