My air conditioner quit, and I submitted online for a service call. The technician, Troy Van Buskirk, contacted me within an hour and 1/2 of my submission and we diagnosed that the air conditioner was not recovering and needed to be replaced. Troy did a fantastic job explaining my options, was informative, polite and thorough. I am impressed with the service, knowledge and support. Thanks for a great experience.

I've been happy with the techs that have assisted with fixing my furnace and with a furnace/AC replacement. Good communication on when and who would arrive, left the house clean, and explained everything in detail. The reason for lower rating, I had my furnace/AC replaced and the city inspector denied the work due to incorrect venting placement. They went above and beyond for what I asked for, upfront with costs and great recommendations. My tech wouldn’t leave until I was satisfied with his repair. The other companies I used tried their hardest to leave as soon as possible and I was always to told to call again if I still have problems which always involved more charges and days without any working A/C. Highly Recommend Blue OX!
Blue Ox is phenomenal. We had the most knowledgeable and kind people come and help us out. Getting an AC is expensive no matter what, but Blue Ox makes it worth it 100% and we got a great financing plan set up super easy with great perks! We have had lots of bad experiences trying to get help with our home but I’m happy to say that anytime I need assistance, I know exactly who to call. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for some help!
