This is my second mold disaster handled by ADRI. This one was the repair of my cathedral ceiling over the combined kitchen, living room, dining room, rec area and stairwell. While the repair was going on I was still able to use the kitchen during the day and LR in the evenings. Piecemeal replacement, joint compounding and painting the equivalent of 3 4x8 sheets of wall board while balanced on ladders was not a simple task. Punctual, courteous, professional and EFFECTIVE service. ADR sent someone to our house on the same day I filed my homeowners claim (for burst pipes and water damage). He took measurements and tested various surfaces, and the following day a crew arrived with 9 industrial dehumidifier units. The team at Advanced disaster recovery were absolutely fantastic. I had severe mold and water damage in my laundry room from a leaking water house. The team is soo professional, they worked efficiently, clean and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will not hesitate to use them again if need be.

Not only did this company come in and do their job in a timely manner, but they comforted our whole family, helped us get other resources and spoke to us with kindness and compassion. Their job was impeccable, but their bedside manner is what stands out from the rest.! Mark should get a raise, his demeanor, kindness and dedication could not possibly be compensated for!!!
