TEAM are all professional. Very respectful, takes you every step of the process and leave your house clean after every visit. This company, Advanced Dry Disaster Recovery Inc., did an excellent job in repairing our flooded basement. The work was efficient, professional, courteous, and addressed all of our needs. Each of the department teams: Rob, Justin, Stew, Alexa, Shaunta, and their respective teams took the time to communicate on a daily basis, and provided exceptional service.
Advanced Disaster Recovery repaired structural damage to our house. They were a pleasure to deal with. Their representative was very responsive in all communications leading up to the work being completed, and we are very happy with the completed repairs. They were paid by our insurance company, so we had not obtained competitive quotes, but their estimate/bill seemed reasonable.
Extremely satisfied with professionalism and reliability! Highly recommended. Our condo got flooded on New Years Eve. They help us get back to our home faster than we expected!
