My aunt caused damage to her garage in a driving mishap. She could not live in her home, as the utilities had to be turned off. I live out of state and it was challenging to handle this for her. I have, unfortunately, had to deal with many water leaks in my condo and have worked with many restoration companies. Advanced Disaster Recovery was great. Once a mutual date and time were agreed upon they showed up right on time, got the work done in a timely fashion, were neat, orderly, friendly(even to the dogs) and they did not smell like cigarettes, which has been a problem in the past. I would definately call them again.
Had Cory review a mold report from another company, who was suggesting that we completely demolish and remediate our entire basement. He reviewed and walked me through the report, and Joe and Edgar came out to verify the findings or lack their of. They tested for moisture and inspected for mold, and despite possibly benefiting from recommending a complete demo, advised that at most we needed was just a thorough cleaning as some previous construction had agitated things into the air.
