I have, unfortunately, had to deal with many water leaks in my condo and have worked with many restoration companies. Advanced Disaster Recovery was great. Once a mutual date and time were agreed upon they showed up right on time, got the work done in a timely fashion, were neat, orderly, friendly(even to the dogs) and they did not smell like cigarettes, which has been a problem in the past. I would definately call them again.

Had Cory review a mold report from another company, who was suggesting that we completely demolish and remediate our entire basement. He reviewed and walked me through the report, and Joe and Edgar came out to verify the findings or lack their of. They tested for moisture and inspected for mold, and despite possibly benefiting from recommending a complete demo, advised that at most we needed was just a thorough cleaning as some previous construction had agitated things into the air. Let me tell everyone that I was surprised and pleased with the entire installation of my new roof.No bad stories to tell about this company. They were like a well fine tuned machine they came in and did a great job.We are very happy with their work and would recommend them to our neighbors and family. Jerry and Jason were consummate professionals. They showed up on time as promised, worked straight through until the job was done, and the bedroom ceiling ended up looking exactly like it did before the water damage. I highly recommend them. They work great together and both were extremely courteous and careful to keep the house clean and tidy.
