It’s been a long time since I can remember customer service that was this fabulous and a job that was as equally well done. Mike came over and assessed the situation. He had his crew in soon after we had set an appointment. Jimmy came in with his crew. They did such a professional fabulous job. Our basement looks new. It was a couple of days after a heavy rainstorm that my floorboards started swelling. So by that point, water damage/flooding repair companies were themselves being flooded with requests. 911 Restoration got back to me promptly while others never returned my call. Mike gave a quick estimate, took pictures, and we were able to get to work quickly. Everyone I’ve dealt with at 911 Restoration has been very professional and courteous. In a time when you need a company such as this it’s great to have a company that helps you get through the hard times and makes you see the light at the end of the tunnel. Would not recommend anyone else for your restoration needs in the KC area!

I have used Mike and his team at 911 restoration on multiple occasions. They are incredibly prompt, kind and professional. They get the job done and leave my home as pulled together as possible once work is completed. They are excellent at communication before, during and after the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any of your water damage or mold needs.
