We were in a tight spot with a running faucet in the middle of the night, and Josh arrived quickly and shut off our water in a matter of minutes. He was friendly and extremely understanding that we were not expecting to call a plumber at 1:30am. His service was appreciated.

Knights in shining orange trucks! The team at 911 is incredible. Woman owned and lead, Kaitlyn and her team are knowledgeable, quick, and super caring. They get the work done right the first time, and ensure total customer satisfaction. I don’t ever again WANT to have call someone about my basement flooding, but if I do, it’s a no-brainer. I’ll be calling 911 Restoration!

They don't deserve the one star. When you talk with them on the phone, they tell you that someone will call you back. The company does not get back with you. This happened a couple of times to me. I really don't know how they got their 4.9 star rating. I will never recommend this company to my friends. You can't trust the ratings on the companies online.

Josh was fantastic and explained everything he was doing and cleaned everything before leaving. Josh was very personable and a great representative for 911 Restoration. I highly recommend them.
