Kyle was out here last night and he was phenomenal! Came quick, was resourceful, polite, answered all our questions and was able to fix the problem. He was so calm and professional while I was a freaked out mess. He is amazing and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts. Will definitely recommend A+++++

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Absolutely Fantastic Service from 1-TOM-PLUMBER! Today I came home to find a leak in my garage, which is never a fun surprise. After tracking down where it was coming from, I called 1-TOM-PLUMBER at 4:30 PM. Dan in the main office answered right away, was courteous, asked the right questions, and was extremely helpful. Excellent. Same day appointment. On time arrival. Reasonable pricing. Stephen quickly replaced my garbage disposal (which was spewing water from the bottom) and provided some tips to keep the next one in better shape. My new plumbers going forward!

I absolutely do not recommend this company. Their communication is terrible and the owner is rude. If you want to avoid a bad experience, don't call this company.

1. Did not get my name right. 2. Did not get my address right 3. Did not do the proper way to clean out roots. 4. Did not give me the camera photos and videos. 5. Gave an outlandish quote to fix 6' of shallow pipe replacement. 6. So called owner called me and argued with me about my review. I am a former plumber....
