Had 1 Tom out to check a water leak in the shower that was leaving mold on the wall in the room opposite to the shower. The service tech Cane arrived on time, opened the wall which had been opened at another time to check for leaks. He found a smidgen of water at the bottom of the shower tub but not enough to create that much mold. After looking closer he figured out that there was no caulking around the shower control .
